Is Insurance Included?
1. Minor Damage (Scratches)
Any scratches on the scooter’s body panels may incur a repair or repainting fee of up to $22 or IDR 400,000 per panel, depending on the extent of the damage.
2. Major Damage (Severe Damage)
Severe damage, including cracked, broken, or completely destroyed body panels, is not covered by insurance.
The renter will be fully responsible for all repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.
3. Transparent Body Panel Replacement and Repainting Costs
To ensure fair and transparent pricing, we determine body panel replacement costs by checking the prices of the corresponding parts available on online marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
The listed price of the replacement part will be used as the reference for calculating the cost per panel. Please note that the online prices do not include installation fees.
We are committed to being transparent about replacement and repainting costs, so you can clearly understand how the charges are calculated.
4. Lost or Missing Items
If the scooter, helmet, key, or any other rental item is lost due to the renter’s negligence, the renter will be fully responsible for the resulting costs.
This includes situations such as failing to lock the scooter’s handlebar when parking, leaving the helmet unattended or not taking it along, or any other loss resulting from the renter’s negligence.
5. Monthly Rental and Routine Maintenance
For long-term rentals lasting several months, the rental company must perform routine maintenance on the scooter every month to ensure that it remains in good working condition.
The rental company will arrange to collect the scooter for servicing when the renter is not using it, in order to minimize disruption to the renter’s activities.
Routine servicing generally takes approximately **1–3 hours**, depending on the queue and waiting time at the authorized dealer.
The rental company determines when servicing is required based on the scooter’s odometer reading (kilometers traveled) and its scheduled monthly maintenance interval.
